Responsibilities Direct Care Staff/Caregiver:
Provide teaching and guidance for individuals during life skills building activities Develop and implement individual treatment schedules for residents Assist with daily activities, preparing meals, light housekeeping and assisting with personal care Develop a rapport with residents, creating meaningful and supportive relationships Requirements for Direct Care Staff/Caregiver:
Successfully complete and pass a background check Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test Must be 18 years old or older Must be able to read at a high school level Able to lift 50 pounds Be willing to teach and help others Benefits for Direct Care Staff/Caregiver:
