Summary:
We're seeking an Accountant to oversee our financial operations with precision and expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and a solid understanding of GAAP principles are essential. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Objectives and responsibilities of this role:
- Day-to-day accounts payable invoice management.
- Record and reconcile company credit card charges.
- Record and reconcile payroll entries using Paylocity.
- Some accounts receivable and other reconciliations as needed.
- Budget tracking and cash forecasting.
- Create spreadsheets and improve existing spreadsheets.
- Recording and reconciliation of intercompany charges.
Required skills and
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting is required
- 2
years of accounting experience - Experience with multiple entities and intercompany transactions and reconciliations is desirable
- Experience with NetSuite software is desirable, but not required
- Payroll experience and/or experience with Paylocity with time tracking is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and thorough with focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work- and collaborate -with other members of the accounting, supply chain, and production teams
- Computer literacy including Excel and Word
- Team mind set and willingness to step in and perform a variety of tasks as needed
